The California Heart Center Foundation offers one or two-day preceptorship programs in heart failure and transplantation, which can be designed to address the specific interests of your group.
Preceptorships are limited to a maximum of six participants per session, allowing for active dialogue with course presenters and clinical observations.
Preceptorships have proven valuable to:
Physicians and administrators initiating a heart failure or transplant program at their own institution.
Pharmaceutical and biotech companies seeking to strengthen the training of new and existing employees.
Visiting cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons and nurse coordinators from outside the United States interested in the latest research advances and treatment strategies in heart failure and transplantation.
